Our latest Addition Construction Project

This particular in-law addition was built at the rear of the garage. It includes a mud room, with entrances into the existing house, the garage,
the new addition and the rear porch of the addition, a bedroom, a kitchenette, sitting area, bathroom and a utility closet complete with
washer and dryer hook ups. The porch also has a ceiling fan for those warm summer days. There is also a second exit on the side leading to
the driveway. The roof line was modified to meet the two different levels of the existing roof and still look like it was built with the original
West Seneca, N.Y.
