Our design process starts by listening to you and your remodeling goals.   If you have an idea but not sure
how it will look or if you are planning a home improvement project and need some ideas, using our 23 years
of experience we can show you remodeling possibilities as well as solve difficult design problems.

An initial rendering is built using our  full color
Photo Realistic 3D Design capabilities.  We then meet with
you and conduct an
interactive design session - where you have the chance to see how your project will
look before it's built.  You can then make changes until you're satisfied with the design.

It's during the interactive design session where a virtual walk-through and/or fly-by can occur.  Walk
through your addition before it's complete.  Stroll through your yard and into your new garage.  It's all
available to you with our goal to ensure the
design is right the first time.  There is no cost to make
changes during design, while changing the design during construction, can be a costly option.

Before construction begins, our full color photo realistic 3D renderings will enable you to view:

  • the interior of your new addition including the flooring, trim, windows, doors and paint colors
  • the interior placement of furniture and appliances(if desired)
